I have been meaning for what I’m sure has been years by now to be more involved and active in the hitRECord community - I think I would have a lot of fun editing quick pieces together and finding new ways to share my own shorter videos, maybe even 7x7s, with a remix approach in mind. In any case, I just watched this post and felt it was time I did something about my good-intentions.
1) Erica running back to the street because of lost phone reception - trying to sort out the truth and exaggeration in some very, very bad news… luckily, the bad news was more exaggeration than it was truth. Still, it really put me in a loop for two days. 2) Going through security at the LADWP - this was a shot I loved in the film Catfish. 3) Opening up our newly arrived hitRECord Red buttons. 4) Re-recording over Girl You Know It’s True for the loneliest mix project. 5) Very happy to wake up and find, that find for the first time in two months, FCP was still running after a full night of rendering and analyzing FToM footage. 6) Getting ready in the bathroom. 7) We wanted to try and plant a garden without having a space for a garden - so we went to IKEA and used these plastic-bag bins to hold brown paper bags of dirt and plants; we’re hoping the bag will slowly dissolve and the dirt will hold it’s shape and have lots of room to breath. First on our list of things-to-grow: tomatoes!

Woke up this morning to my twice-a-month Time Capsule waiting for me in my inbox, good way to start my early morning; getting ready to spend the day with Erica, Lan and Vu.
